Teach diverse geology courses at undergraduate level, including: freshman general, paleontology, sedimentation and stratigraphy; establish externally funded undergraduate research program that complements existing efforts in department; other as assigned. Ph.D. in sedimentology, stratigraphy, paleontology, or biostratigraphy with demonstrated success in, and strong commitment to, undergraduate teaching and research; demonstrated ability to teach stratigraphy, sedimentology, and paleontology at undergraduate level.
