1. The feature consists of an approximately 6.5-hectare assortment of loosely packed sediments and rocks, ranging from about 10 centimeters to 7.5 meters in length.
2. This feature was left behind when the last major glaciers in this region retreated about 15,000 years ago.
3. The feature, located within a state park in the northeastern portion of the host state, is also a National Natural Landmark.
